Description

This endpoint retrieves comprehensive GDP data for Pakistan including both Real GDP (adjusted for inflation at constant prices) and Nominal GDP (at current market prices). GDP serves as the primary measure of economic size, output, and living standards. The data includes year-over-year growth rates and historical values enabling trend analysis and economic cycle assessment. Real GDP growth indicates actual economic expansion absent inflation distortions, while nominal GDP reflects market-value output. The data is sourced from the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) and the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), representing the most authoritative economic measurement.
